updated schedule

well I stuck with it so far. I had planned up to this date:

week 7: July 4 to July 11
  • 3.0 - 4.0 mile jog
  • upper body, abs, stretching
  • learn to cook a new veggie dish
  • eat breakfast everyday
  • start looking at a new bike
so I guess I should continue and plan for the coming weeks. 7 weeks and losing 33 pounds.
I was also going to hit 200 at the end of August. It's only Mid July. New plan

Mid July - 198
End of July - 194
End of August - 188
End of September - 182
Mid October - 179
End of October - 176 (my weight in highschool mostly)
End of November - 170
End of December - 165 (my lowest weight in highschool)

  • eat breakfast everyday
  • try a new exercise
week 9: July 20 to July 26
  • 4.0 - 4.5 mile jog
  • upper body, abs, stretching
  • learn to cook a new veggie dish
  • eat breakfast everyday
  • try a new exercise
week 10: July 27 to August 2
  • 4.5 - 5.0 mile jog
  • upper body, abs, stretching
  • learn to cook a new veggie dish
  • eat breakfast everyday
week 11: August 3 to August 9
  • TRAVEL FOR WORK
  • WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!?!!?!!?!??
  • I need to BRING workout clothes
week 12: August 10 to August 16
  • 2, 2 mile sprints 5 mile jog
  • upper body, abs, stretching
  • learn to cook a new veggie dish
  • eat breakfast everyday
