Math

371 calories in a single taco
I ate 12 in a day once (5 for lunch, 7 for dinner)
371 X 12 = 4452 calories

WHAT THE FUCK WAS I THINKING

AND since i sleep very little that's a 47% times more chance of getting cancer
and since i have a 41" belly which is 7"-9" more than I need, that's 17% X 9 =153% more likely I'll die early

If I stayed this course that's 200% times more likely of dying early/getting cancer/shit happening to me.

I lost 5 lbs since I realized this. I've been going to the gym everyday again. I'm back to 199. I'm back on the bus. take me to a new place where i can live longer.

on a separate note. I haven't exercised in a week . I got sick. I'm back up to 200 lbs. which is still a net loss of 35 pounds, but not good enough. At least the "bounce" isn't that severe. Well, this is a section I'd write in the book called "recommit" and figure out how to do that.
