don't judge so fast

okay. I got a good work out today from my PERSONAL trainer. I was straight up like "teach me NEW exercises and destroy me" and he did. I almost vomited. He made me work out stabilization muscles and i pushed myself too far after the session and because I couldn't walk straight or keep my balance, i got dizzy and nauseous. AWESOME.

generic trainer

There was only two options. weight loss or gaining muscle. How about being healthy? My personal trainer, or rather "generic trainer" gave me some info on some generic exercises using the balance ball thing and some generic information on nutrition and food. I wasted fifteen minutes of my hour arguing against vitamin pills and supplements.

It did, however, get me to go to the gym on a day I was tired.
