I'm back in LA on May 26 and it will be a new day.
I weigh 231 now.
I gained 20 lbs while working at my current job.
I gained 20 lbs while working at my old job.
I gained 20 lbs in College.
I measured my percentage fat on my mom's machine and I am at 33%
I'm supposed to be at 10% to 20%.
I am carrying around 76.23 lbs of fat. FUCKING DISGUSTING!
20% body fat is 192
10% body fat is 175
5% body fat is 162
