15 lbs loss 3 weeks
Diet and regular sleep can help you lose weight. For the late half of 2013 I usually only slept about 5 to 6 hours a day, sometimes 3 or 4. During vacation I upped it to the regular 8 to 10.
Regular amount of sleep for 8 days - loss of 5 lbs.
Diet and Regular sleep for 8 days - loss of 10 lbs.
Diet, Regular sleep and exercise 8 days - ??? lbs.
Every two weeks I should mentally recommit to the weightloss so I can be pumped for the next two weeks.
No expectation of current results as it will slow down, but an expectation of loss.
