Stay hungry stay foolish
Step 1: Don't eat for 24 hours. result: your stomach shrinks and you get REALLY REALLY HUNGRY.
Step 2: Go buy healthy food from the supermarket. Like vegetables.
Step 3: Eat it without any dressing. IT TASTES SO GOOD.
Step 4: Eat until you're 80% full. BECAUSE IT'S A JAPANESE SAYING.
Step 6: Sleep 8 hours
Step 7: Reduce stress
Step 8: Join a Gym.
Step 9: Lose 11 lbs
Step 10: Lose 60 lbs.
