Three weeks
One Week I was sick - so I ate a TON of food to get better, from chicken soup to hearty meals.
Second week I got better and I was back to exercising
Third week I had to go away on business and ate a TON again just because I was at home and with friends. lots of drinks, lots of late night food.
I'm back home now and I weigh the same as before the sickness, no more, no less. all that food I ate didn't go anywhere!?
I weighed myself on my mom's scale. I was at 196.5 with 20% bodyfat. I'm in the HEALTHY category now apparently. I skipped "Overweight" from the last time I was on that scale. I went from Obese to borderline healthy in two months. Way to go Ko! so now I have 39.3 lbs of fat.
It is interesting to note that the weight loss from the last time I was on this scale in early July has all been fat loss.
0% bodyfat is 157.2 (I'd be dead).
3% bodyfat is ~163 lbs (Very very very fit wrestlers)
7.5% bodyfat is 170 (highschool weight)
13% bodyfat is 180 (college freshman weight)
